Where to watch with kids
For an Uptown parade with kids, try Napoleon Avenue for its neighborhood atmosphere. St. Charles Avenue from Napoleon toward Louisiana or Washington is another good stretch to explore. For parades that use Magazine Street, consider a block there as well. Check the selected parade’s route and choose a block with room for your group.
