Food and restrooms along the route
Look for food vendors and school or church fundraisers along Uptown routes; some offer paid restroom access. Before settling in, find a restroom option near your block and check its hours and payment options. Routewise also lists restrooms along the route: Routewise.
Plan your outing
- Check restroom hours and payment arrangements before settling in for a long wait.
- Bring water and snacks even if you plan to buy food along the route. Vendors and fundraiser locations can vary.
