Mardi Gras FYI is published and operated by Andrew Dunn. For help or privacy questions, email mardigras@dunn.us or visit the support page.

Mardi Gras FYI provides Orleans Parish parade schedules, route maps and local advice. Schedules and routes can change; check organizer announcements before leaving. Local advice describes planning recommendations, not guaranteed crowd conditions or reserved viewing areas.

Google Maps features and content are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Nearby hotel results show locations. Check room prices and availability with the hotel or a booking provider; Mardi Gras FYI does not make reservations. Distances to routes are measured in a straight line. A walking link goes to a point on the mapped route, which may differ from the nearest point used for a distance comparison. Google Maps provides the street directions and starting-point selection.

Calendar downloads use the parade’s departure time in New Orleans. A parade with a relative start, such as “follows Rex,” gets a date-only entry. Downloaded calendars do not receive live updates.
